An award winning Visual and Interaction Designer with an established background in delivering innovative web, mobile and digital experiences. Currently leading the design on a product at Google, having previously worked at Microsoft as a Visual and User Experience Designer across iOS & Android platforms on Skype, Lync and other NDA projects as well as the BBC within User Experience & Design (FM&T) across a range of flagship digital products.
Often working at the forefront of digital products, exploring innovative design solutions, user interaction patterns and creative concepts within Web, Mobile and User Experience Design.
With a knowledge and understanding of both digital and print based mediums and experience in a variety of disciplines including; user interface design (web & mobile), Interaction design, Corporate Identity and Responsive / Adaptive interfaces.
Achieving a First Class (BA Hons) Degree in Visual Communication at Birmingham Institute of Art and Design (BCU) after winning several awards and honours in various disciplines. Most notably, D&AD, B-Hive and a Dave Mckean Award for Advertising. Leading to paid internships and attention from several high profile digital design and advertising agencies in both the Midlands and London.
Experience working in both corporate and agency environments with brands such as BBC, Microsoft, Skype, Google, Nokia, O2, Adidas, Lloyds TSB, Jaguar Landrover and Triumph Motorcycles.
